I’m not opposed to the idea of previous societies might have possessed technology beyond what we give them credit for. In scripture it states that the descendants of Cain used musical instruments made of brass or bronze. If this is accurate then it requires two pages from the book of knowledge. First the ability to accurately identify copper oar and other ingredients. Then the knowledge of how to mine of gather the ingredients, how to process them and how to work them. historical photographs from Peru show that the small rocks on top are recent repairs. The Peruvian rocks have also been demonstrated to have been sourced locally and are in fact rocks, and not a Geo polymer

The stones in Perú site, were no way made by incas or other tribe. Who ever made it...melted and cast it. Now abouy the sizes is very simple... you cast on place, that will require big machinery and a lots of energy.
